Comportamenti, atti od omissioni che ledono l’interesse pubblico o l’integrità dell’amministrazione pubblica o dell’ente privato e che consistono in:
Conduct, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of a public administration or private entity, and that consist of:
- Illeciti amministrativi, contabili, civili o penali;
Administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal violations;
- Condotte illecite rilevanti ai sensi del decreto legislativo 231/2001, o violazioni dei modelli di organizzazione e gestione ivi previsti;
Unlawful conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001, or violations of the organizational and management models provided therein;
- illeciti che rientrano nell’ambito di applicazione degli atti dell’Unione europea o nazionali relativi ai seguenti settori:
Violations falling within the scope of European Union or national acts concerning the following areas:
- Appalti pubblici;
public procurement;
- Servizi, prodotti e mercati finanziari e prevenzione del riciclaggio e del finanziamento del terrorismo;
Financial services, products, and markets, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;
- Sicurezza e conformità dei prodotti;
Product safety and compliance;
- Sicurezza dei trasporti;
Transport safety;
- Tutela dell’ambiente;
Environmental protection;
- Radioprotezione e sicurezza nucleare;
Radiation protection and nuclear safety;
- Sicurezza degli alimenti e dei mangimi e salute e benessere degli animali;
Food and feed safety, and animal health and welfare;
- Salute pubblica;
Public health;
- Protezione dei consumatori;
Consumer protection;
- Tutela della vita privata e protezione dei dati personali e sicurezza delle reti e dei sistemi informativi;
Protection of privacy and personal data, and security of networks and information systems;
- Atti od omissioni che ledono gli interessi finanziari dell’Unione;
Acts or omissions that harm the financial interests of the European Union;
- Atti od omissioni riguardanti il mercato interno;
Acts or omissions relating to the internal market;
- Atti o comportamenti che vanificano l’oggetto o la finalità delle disposizioni di cui agli atti dell’Unione.
Acts or conduct that defeat the purpose or objective of the provisions laid down in Union acts.

Condizione per la segnalazione / Reporting Conditions
Al momento della segnalazione, in quanto Segnalatore devi avere un ragionevole e fondato motivo di ritenere che le informazioni sulle violazioni segnalate siano vere e rientrino nell'ambito della normativa (D.Lgs n. 24/2023).
Per qualsiasi altro tipo di segnalazione, che non rientri con quanto sopra, ti suggeriamo di contattare il tuo Responsabile o Referente HR
At the time of submitting a report, as a Reporting Party you must have reasonable grounds to believe that the information regarding the reported violations is true and falls within the scope of the applicable legislation (Legislative Decree No. 24/2023).
For any other type of report that does not fall within the above scope, we recommend contacting your Manager or HR representative
Cosa succede dopo aver fatto la segnalazione? / What happens after submitting a report?
Il Referente aziendale riceverà la tua segnalazione tramite questo canale e ti darà un riscontro di ricevimento entro 7 giorni. Potrai richiedere aggiornamenti per visionare lo stato della tua segnalazione.
The company representative will receive your report through this channel and will provide an acknowledgment of receipt within 7 days. You will be able to request updates to view the status of your report.
Tutela della riservatezza / Confidentiality Protection
- La tua identità non può essere rivelata a persone diverse da quelle competenti a ricevere o a dare seguito alle segnalazioni;
Your identity cannot be disclosed to anyone other than those authorized to receive or follow up on reports;
- La protezione riguarda non solo il tuo nominativo, ma anche tutti gli elementi della segnalazione dai quali si possa ricavare, anche indirettamente, la tua identificazione;
The protection covers not only your name, but also all elements of the report from which your identity could be inferred, even indirectly;
- La protezione della riservatezza è estesa all’identità delle persone coinvolte e delle persone menzionate nella segnalazione fino alla conclusione dei procedimenti avviati in ragione della segnalazione.
The protection of confidentiality extends to the identity of the individuals involved and those mentioned in the report until the conclusion of the proceedings initiated as a result of the report.
